We can imprint custom logos and artwork! There is no fee if the artwork is submitted in the following format. It can then be used on many of our other items with no additional fee.
Artwork Requirements:
--VECTORIZED art usually from the designer in PDF, EPS, or Ai format (JPGs are never vectorized, not all PDFs are vectorized)
--any text must be OUTLINED
--black and white (no greyscale)
If you do not have access to your art in vector format, we may be able to convert your art for a fee. Alternatively, we can create something custom for you using any of our fonts, designs, or monograms for no additional fee.
Please note that our prices include printing in one color, unless the listings is for a full color item. There are additional fees to print in two colors and subject to design approval.

The cup size indicates the approximate amount of liquid held if filled to the brim and is regulated by the U.S. Department of Weights and Measures. If unsure of the size to order, we recommend choosing larger than you think you may need. Sloshed beer or wine can be hazardous and certainly not what you would like near a wedding dress. Please check with your caterer, event planner or bartender for more detailed recommendations. If more than one bar is set up, be sure to order enough cups for both.

EXCLUDED ITEMS: All Styrofoam Cups. Shippers charge dimensional weight fees on these quite large, but light boxes. Therefore, styrofoam cups are not eligible for free shipping. Thank you for understanding.
Our shipping rates are very reasonable. If you do not qualify for free shipping, please be assured that the shipping costs are nominal and often less than the shippers charge to deliver. If you order multiple items, they may ship from our various distribution centers, but you will only incur one single shipping charge.
Shipping rates are for the continental US states. Please call for our Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada, AP, APO and other military base rates.
GB Design House uses the three major shippers; UPS, USPS, and FedEx, depending upon the distribution center shipped from. Should you need quicker delivery, please feel free to contact us.
It is at the discretion of the UPS and FedEx driver to request a signature even if we request otherwise. For instance, if you live in an apartment without a doorman or an area that he deems unreliable. If this will be an issue, be sure to deliver to an address, such as your place of employment, where someone will be available to sign. Please include a physical address when you place your order in case your shipment goes UPS or FedEx.
Most of our products are in stock at our premises or various distribution facilities. Therefore, they usually ship within 1-3 business days. Custom orders generally take 7-10 business days in production unless indicated differently.
If the item is out-of-stock or backordered, we will do our very best to notify you ASAP. Upon your request, we may fulfill your partial shipment, while awaiting backordered items. If you are pressed for time, please contact us to determine if rush processing is necessary. We may be able to meet your deadline without any rush necessary, and will be happy to do so if possible. Reminder: Weekends and Holidays do NOT count as business days.

Should the address indicated on the order be incorrect and require an adjustment by the carrier to deliver the package, or the package is sent back to us, we reserve the right to pass along the charge to the customer.
When an order receives the free shipping promotion, the items returned are subject to the original shipping charge; therefore, the refund will reflect the item price less the shipping fees. Customers must still pay for any return shipping when applicable. At Gracious Bridal, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our goal is to provide excellent products at a great price. However, if you are not satisfied, you may return the products to us for a full refund (see excluded items below).
New, unopened items may be returned to us within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or full refund, less shipping cost. Please return items in their original condition and packaging. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to receive a Return Authorization form. The form MUST accompany the return or it will not be accepted. We reserve the right to reject any returns or exchanges that do not meet these conditions. Please see below for non-returnable items.
Once the returned merchandise has been received, we will refund your payment less any shipping charges (shipping charges are non-refundable). If you received free shipping on your purchase, the cost of shipping incurred by Gracious Bridal will be deducted from your refund. Orders that receive free shipping may be charged for shipping if the customer returns any portion (or the entire order) of the purchase which causes total sales amount to fall below the required free ship rate.
For your protection, we suggest customers use reliable shippers, such as, UPS or FedEx, who have an online system to track packages. Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Customer Service Center. To obtain an Return Authorization form, please email us at info@graciousbridal.com or call 1-800-640-9122, Mon.- Fri., 8:30am to 4:30pm (CST). Please indicate the order number and specific items you are returning and the reason for the return or exchange.
Please note that some products are NOT eligible for return. These include the following: personalized products, perishables, special orders, custom-made items, food and drink related items, jewelry, ribbons, samples, closeout items, any item with obvious signs of use.
All claims for damaged, defective or missing product(s) must be filed with Gracious Bridal within 72 hours of receiving your order. Please call our customer service department at 800-640-9122 (or 512-306-1267) to initiate a claim. If the shipping carrier is responsible for the missing or damaged products, we will be happy to assist you in filing a claim with the appropriate party. Please keep all products in their original packaging until the claim is settled.
Gracious Bridal will pay the return shipping costs if the return or exchange is a result of our error. Otherwise, the customer must pay all costs related to return shipping. After inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card or Paypal account for the purchase price of the items, less the original shipping fee. When an order receives the free shipping promotion, the items returned are subject to the original shipping charge; therefore the refund will reflect the item price less the shipping fees.
