Please note: Should an item be out of stock, resulting in the order not meeting the minimum $125.00 for free shipping, the customer must select another item to meet the purchase requirement or pay the appropriate shipping fees.
Shipping rates are for the continental US states. Please email us for our Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada, AP, APO and other military base rates.
Most all of our items are shipped via UPS or FedEx, depending upon the distribution center shipped from. Should you need quicker delivery, please feel free to contact us.
It is at the discretion of the UPS and FedEx driver to request a signature even if we request otherwise. For instance, if you live in an apartment without a doorman or an area that he deems unreliable. If this will be an issue, be sure to deliver to an address, such as your place of employment, where someone will be available to sign. Please include a physical address when you place your order in case your shipment goes UPS or FedEx.
If you would like to require a signature please contact us so we can see if we an accommodate your request, and please note additional fees will apply.
Single color printed items are currently taking 2-3 in production before shipping unless indicated differently. This excludes invitations as those take approx 4-6 weeks in production.
Full color printed items: Full Color printed items typically take the same amount of time as the single color printed items, except for the full color printed cups. Those usually take 3-5 weeks in production before shipping.
If the item is out-of-stock or backordered, we will do our very best to notify you ASAP. Upon your request, we may fulfill your partial shipment, while awaiting backordered items. However, additional shipping charges may apply. Please email us at hello@gbdesignhouse.com with any questions. We will be happy to work with you.
Since we typically ship via UPS or FedEx, almost all states have a transit time between 1-6 business days.

We do offer Rushes on a case by case basis. If you are pressed for time, please contact us to determine if rush processing is necessary. We may be able to meet your deadline without any rush necessary, and will be happy to do so if possible. Reminder: Weekends and Holidays do NOT count as business days.
Please verify the shipping address before placing an order. Carriers reserve the right to charge for address changes or corrections (approx. $18-$28). Should the address indicated on the order be incorrect and require an adjustment by the carrier to deliver the package, or the package is sent back to us, we reserve the right to pass along the charge to the customer.
