Yes, we can imprint custom logos and artwork. We have different requirements for printing in a single ink or foil color and printing in full color (photos, watercolor artwork, etc).
CUSTOMER-PROVIDED ART
• There is no fee if the artwork is submitted in the following format for the appropriate printing method. It can then be used on many of our other items.
• We can add additional text, dates, names, etc., to customer provided artwork.
• Alternatively, we can create something custom for you using any of our fonts, designs, or monograms.
SINGLE COLOR INK OR FOIL PRINTING
• VECTORIZED art in PDF, EPS, or Ai format (JPGs are never vectorized, not all PDFs are vectorized)
• any text must be OUTLINED
• 100% black (not grayscale) (though we can then print it in any of our colors)
• Second color printing is available for an additional fee, subject to design approval.
• We may be able to convert your art for a fee.
FULL COLOR PRINTING
• High-resolution multicolor art or photographs in any format (minimum 300 dpi but preferably 600 dpi)
• If printing on frosted Shatterproof or Stadium Cups, art must be provided with a transparent background, as white backgrounds will print.
• Please note: Full color printed products are digitally printed and the clarity or opacity of the image and colors may not be as sharp as the artwork submitted. The colors in the final product may appear fainter than the original file as that is the nature of digital printing on porous objects.

Regarding colors, please note: Colors on the digital proofs and photographs are represented as accurately as possible.We calibrate our computers here regularly. However, all computer screens, monitors, and devices are calibrated differently, thereforewe cannot be responsible if the color on your screen does not match the actual color. Please note there are many many shades of each color,so please contact us if you have a specific color need so we can see if we have that available. We also offer samples on many of our items so youcan order a random sample of a previous order to check the color, size, material etc before placing a customized order.

A basic rule-of-thumb is 4 napkins per guest. This will vary depending upon the length and type of reception.Be mindful that you will want to order more than needed, especially if they will be used for multiple locations throughout the evening.We recommend, if ordering a larger quantity, not putting the date on all the napkins so the remaining napkins may be used at your new home.

Please Note: Shatterproof and Stadium cups are dishwasher safe on the top shelf however they will have a longer life if hand washed. Your city's water and type of dishwasher can affect the life of the print so we do not guarantee they will hold up in your dishwasher.

The compliementary proof(s) are sent via email within 1-5 business days after the order is placed.This is for you to inspect and make sure we get it right before it hits the press.Please do it promptly so we may get the order into the production queue as quickly as possible.If you have any changes, it must be noted before the proof is approved.We always print a tight registration, however registration accuracy is not guaranteed, as due to the nature of the printer and the item being printed,it is possible to have a slight variation of placement.
